Our client (Public Sector) is looking for Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team.

• Report to the Senior Manager
• Lead a team of 3
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Support the Senior Manager in crafting brand and communication strategies for major event promotions and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Identify new initiatives and cooperative platforms, overseeing the execution of global and regional marketing and brand development campaigns.
• Operate independently while managing appointed suppliers and agencies in the planning and execution of all assigned campaigns and tasks.
• Facilitate effective communication between advertising/media agencies, internal and external stakeholders, and overseas offices to ensure efficiency, creativity, flexibility, and timely delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, as well as regular tracking reports and marketing campaign planning.
• Mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and promote a strong team spirit.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing and marketing communications is strongly preferred.
• Background from Advertising/ Digital agency with account servicing duties preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing and digital marketing principles.
• Experience in global brand management is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
